Switch collaborated closely with Ta-Ta, leveraging our shared values of customer focus, innovation, and a commitment to positive impact. Understanding Ta-Ta's business objectives and the needs of its Plus members, we developed the PLUS Community App.
Built using React Native for cross-platform compatibility and Node.js for a robust and scalable backend, the app offers a range of features designed to enhance the user experience and drive engagement:
- Plus Points Management: Users can easily track, manage, and redeem their Plus points directly within the app.
- Coupon Consultation: Access exclusive coupons and promotional offers tailored to Plus members.
- Points Transfer and Exchange: Flexibility to transfer points to other members or exchange them for rewards.
- Online Price Check: Convenient price checking through barcode scanning, bridging the gap between online and offline shopping.
Recognizing the power of push notifications to drive conversions, the app was integrated with analytics and marketing cloud tools, incorporating geolocation components for targeted messaging. A dedicated back office system was also developed to give Ta-Ta complete visibility and control over all app activity and user interactions.
